Frequently Asked Questions
Trip Type
Yes. The trip is built around private transport and guide service for your own travelling group member, so you are not joining a public coach group.
Booking
Choose your date, arrival time, group size, accommodation, activities, meal and proceed to checkout. Pay the booking fee. Then, our travel consultants will be in touch to finalize your booking details and the remaining payment amount and deadline.
Muslim Prayer
Yes. Our tour itineraries build in regular stops for daily prayers. Your tour guide knows the locations of nearby mosques, multi-faith prayer rooms, and quiet public spaces along your daily route.
Meals
No, only one complimentary wagyu treat is included. The Half Board meal plan (lunch and dinner) throughout the trip is available upon booking at an additional charge. For infant, bring your own food. For Muslim, the meal plan is 100% halal.
Not necessarily. Japan does not have a single government-backed Halal accreditation body. Our tours offer a mix of fully Halal-certified restaurants (verified by recognized organizations like the Japan Halal Association), Muslim-friendly establishments (no pork or alcohol used, though not formally certified), and seafood or vegetarian options. Each day's itinerary clearly indicates the status of every scheduled meal.
- Halal-Certified: The restaurant or kitchen follows strict Halal standards, often with separate cooking utensils, dedicated storage, and certified ingredients.
- Muslim-Friendly / Pork-Free: The kitchen removes pork and explicit alcohol from specific dishes, but may still use cooking seasonings containing trace alcohol (such as mirin or sake) or share kitchen spaces. We label these clearly so you can choose based on your personal comfort level.
Travel Insurance
Yes, complimentary travel insurance is included for only travellers below age 60. Travellers aged 60 or above, or anyone needing broader cover, should arrange suitable personal insurance and confirm the exact policy benefits before departure.
Mount Fuji
No. Mount Fuji views depend on weather and visibility on the day. The area still offers heritage scenery, lakeside stops and shopping, and the guide may adjust timing when local conditions require it.
First Day Itinerary
No. The Day 1 West Tokyo tour itinerary is designed for the early arrival; late arrivals will receive a direct airport transfer and accommodation check-in.
Free and Easy Day
No, except for the 6-Days Hokkaido trip, in which transport and guide service are provided within Sapporo. Check the day-specific note upon booking.
Exclusions
International flights, most meals, accommodation upgrades, personal expenses, optional activities add-on and any item not named in the confirmed inclusions are separate. You will receive a clear cost summary during checkout.
Accessibility
Some days involve extended walking, uneven ground, stairs and busy stations. Share mobility needs and wheelchair dimensions before booking so transport, accommodations and attractions can be checked properly.
Changes / Cancellation
Yes. Contact our team before departure and include your booking reference. Changes are subject to availability, supplier conditions and any additional costs. Cancellation charges depend on when we receive your request, your package and applicable supplier terms. Any refund will be calculated after applicable deductions.
